Develop self-confidence
In Sa Llavor the teacher becomes a mediator of learning. It facilitates that girls and boys experience, acquire and transmit knowledge by themselves, and in this way develop confidence in their possibilities, creative capacity and personal initiative.
We do not use textbooks. The students, with the support of the teachers, create their own material in an artistic and creative way from different bibliographical sources and didactic supports.
The educational and teaching team of Sa Llavor is made up of professionals from different fields (Teaching, Fine Arts, Language and Literature, Art History, Biological Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy, Crafts, Horticulture), which in addition to coordinating the different activities, contributes a scientific and vivid dimension to Sa Llavor.
The vehicular language changes according to the different activities, creating a balance in the use of languages. Catalan, Spanish and English coexist in respect and harmony.
